Gavin Mathias represents the next phase of the group’s evolution, combining technical expertise with strategic direction. He holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering Management from RMIT University, Melbourne.
Since returning to India, he has led the group’s transformation towards a more structured, scalable, and execution-driven enterprise — strengthening the turnkey workspace vertical, streamlining operations, and expanding into new geographies including Goa.
Under his leadership, Mathias Group has delivered complex, large-scale projects for organisations such as Adani, L&T, MRPL, Vertex Workspace, Manipal University, and leading IT firms, reinforcing its position as a dependable execution partner for institutional and corporate clients.
